Lat Pulldown
The lats fan out from the lumbar aponeurosis up to the back of the arm. They are powerful muscles and can be effectively trained to help relieve back pain, improve posture and release tension from overused supporting muscles if they are weak.
Step 1 – Hold bar with a wide overhand grip. Head your head up and maintain a straight back.
Step 2 – Pull the bar down to the top of your chest with a slow controlled movement.
